HonkRadar provides a Vehicle Intent API that enables coordinated vehicle networks to broadcast and receive real-time intent messages. Access to the API is provided under a separate API access agreement issued upon onboarding. These Terms govern your use of the HonkRadar website and any pre-launch materials, demos, or documentation made available prior to a formal API agreement.

3. Permitted use

You may use this website to learn about HonkRadar, request early API access, and interact with publicly available demos. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy any part of this site
• Use automated tools to submit false or bulk access requests
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intended use of the API
• Use any demo or sandbox environment for production or safety-critical operations

4. Early access and pre-launch

HonkRadar is currently in a pre-launch phase. Submitting an early access request does not guarantee API access. HonkRadar reserves the right to accept, decline, or prioritise requests at its sole discretion. Any access granted during this phase is subject to change without notice.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of HonkRadar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use HonkRadar's name, trademarks, or proprietary materials without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and all materials on it are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. HonkRadar does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Demo content is illustrative only and does not represent live production behaviour.
